Since 1994, there have been 65 Westport 112 hulls launched. The 2002 Westport 112 Raised Pilothouse called Integrity is currently listed with Luke Brown Yachts for $4.295 million. This particular Westport 112 was purchased by its current owner in 2006 and has since cruised in the Mediterranean and around New Zealand.
“One will rarely find a yacht of this vintage that has been as consistently well cared for as Integrity,” Luke Brown Yachts says. “She has always had a full-time captain and/or engineer aboard and, when in use, additional crew.”

The flybridge Jacuzzi will be a go-to spot anytime of the day and with a bar a few steps away, happy hour might start early. Courtesy Luke Brown Yachts

Although Integrity is not available for new ownership until returning to Spain in fall 2024, arrangements can be made to inspect it and offers can be submitted. It’s worth noting if Integrity is not sold by fall, the yacht will be shipped to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, with an early-December estimated time of arrival.

Stepping into the salon, guests will notice the natural light pouring in from the waist-to-ceiling windows lining the space. Lounge seating is aft to starboard with a low-top bar directly to port. Formal dining is amidships. A circular dining table offers seating for eight. A chandelier above accentuates the dining area.

Past the forward bulkhead is the main deck country galley. Along with the forward dinette and the island bar, the galley is equipped with an array of meal-prep appliances, including:

  • Liebherr refrigerator/freezer
  • Thermador steam oven
  • Thermador induction-top stove
  • Thermador dishwasher
  • Kitchen Air extractor
  • InSinkErator
  • Garbage compactor
Westport 112 Integrity
Integrity has a conventional salon with a twist. The lounge seating is aft and the formal dining is forward; however, part of the lounge area is dedicated to the port bar. Courtesy Luke Brown Yachts

The cockpit has a U-shaped dinette aft which has room for eight people to enjoy shaded alfresco dining. Wide side decks lead to and from the foredeck which does have a built-in bench seat forward in case guests want to enjoy cocktails at sunset.

The flybridge has multiple entertainment areas guests can enjoy. The after section is a blank canvas, perfect for chaise lounge chairs to catch some sun. Amidships, a Jacuzzi sits on the centerline with a settee forward to starboard and a bar to port. If the sun gets too harsh a Bimini top can shade the forward section of the flybridge.

After a fun day on the water ends, owners and their guests can head belowdecks to one of four en suite staterooms. Amidships, the full-beam master stateroom has a centerline king berth, a cedar-lined wardrobe, a variety of stowage, an entertainment system and four portholes, which help fill the space with natural light. Forward, the VIP stateroom has a centerline queen berth, a walk-in cedar-lined wardrobe and entertainment system. Of the two remaining guest cabins, one has a queen berth and one has twin single berths. The crew quarters are abaft the engine room with a double-berth captain’s cabin and a second cabin that has three single berths.

Jus Chill’n 3, a 2015 Benetti 108 Tradition, that previously operated as a charter yacht, has been kept in pristine condition and is on the market with Luke Brown Yachts for $6.45 million. The yacht accommodates ten guests, plus six crew.

Guests can relax in the shade of this “pocket mega-yacht’s” cockpit on a forward-facing settee with table and chairs for an alfresco lunch. The bridge deck has two sofas aft, and a dinette with eight chairs shaded by the sun deck. My favorite area, the sun deck, is where guests can catch some rays while enjoying ocean breezes and a 360-degree view. Three lounge chairs, two sofas (shaded under the hardtop) and a few loose chairs provide an array of seating options. Take a dip in the hot tub while grilling fresh fish on the BBQ.

The swim platform provides access to the tender garage where an armada of water toys can be stowed. There’s also a “beach club” where guests can lay out at the water’s edge. Jus Chill’n 3’s foredeck has multiple sun pads where guests can enjoy some quietude.

Jus Chill’n 3’s salon has warm oak and mahogany paneling, and the cabinetry is illuminated by natural light flowing in through the side windows. There are two sofas as well as a 44-inch Samsung wide-screen TV. A dinette forward is the place for formal meals. There is a bar in the skylounge for post-meal cocktails. Grab a bottle from the wine chiller and relax on an L-shaped sofa and chairs.

Jus Chill’n 3’s galley includes the following amenities:

  • Miele 5-burner cooktop
  • Miele convection oven
  • Miele microwave/grill combo-oven.
  • One General Electric side-by-side refrigerator
  • One Miele upright freezer
  • Miele G4575 dishwasher

Jus Chill’n 3 is powered by twin 986 hp MAN V8 diesel engines that are paired to Reinters gearboxes, 95 mm stainless-steel shafts and five-blade propellers that all help provide a maximum speed of 15 knots. Dial it back to 9 knots to increase max range to 2,365 nautical miles.

Forward of the VIP staterooms are two guest staterooms with side-by-side twin berths. Crew quarters consist of three bunk-style twin berths located in the bow on the lower deck with a galley.

Ferretti Yachts introduced the Altura 840 in late 2009, and at the time it was the Italian builder’s flagship motoryacht. Ferretti’s lineup now includes 100-foot models, but the Altura 840 remains a solid option on the brokerage market for owners looking to move up in LOA. Luke Brown Yachts currently has this 2010 Ferretti Altura 840 listed just shy of $2 million.

“The Altura 840 has high overheads, ample amounts of natural light, and a bright color scheme that makes the interior space feel open and airy,” Yachting previously reported.

While this Altura 840 is a 2010 build, in October 2023 it saw an array of updates, including new carpeting, new Frette bedding and towels, a new wrap on the hull sides and hardtop, and new exterior cushions on the foredeck and the flybridge.

When guests are ready to catch some sun, the foredeck has two sun pads splitting the centerline forward. Abaft the sun pads is a dinette that sits against the superstructure. In the cockpit, there is a transom bench seat and dining table for alfresco meals. Add a few chairs to accommodate up to eight people.

Salon lounge seating includes a U-shaped settee to starboard and two lounge chairs to port. An L-shaped settee in the pilothouse forward and to starboard offers additional seating. Courtesy Luke Brown Yachts

The flybridge is also equipped for entertaining with a lounge pad forward and to starboard, a U-shaped dinette amidships and another lounge pad aft. The after section of the flybridge is for PWC stowage and the upper helm station is forward and to port.

There is a split-level interior with the salon’s lounge area aft and the pilothouse forward and up a few steps. The salon has a U-shaped settee to starboard with two lounge chairs to port, creating a comfortable conversation space. The pilothouse has a single-seat helm station to port and an L-shaped settee directly to starboard.

2010 Ferretti Altura 840

Belowdecks are four staterooms accommodating eight guests for extended cruises.

The 840’s owners’ stateroom is located in the stern, abaft the engine room, and has a centerline king berth and an en suite head. The crew quarters are amidships, abaft the galley. Forward two guests’ spaces are both equipped with two single berths, while the forepeak VIP has a centerline queen berth and an en suite head.

Twin MTU 12V2000 engines power this Altura 840 to a reported 27-knot cruise speed and a 30-knot top hop. These engines currently have 2,200 hours on them and recently underwent 2,000-hour servicing.

Some other notable features on board include:

  • Hydraulic aft platform
  • Kohler generators
  • Twin gyrostabilizers
  • Garmin electronics
  • Bow and stern thrusters

Where is the 2010 Altura 840 located? The yacht is currently lying in Stuart, Florida.

Looking for a midsize, Downeast-style yacht that’s easily handled by a cruising couple? Excalibur, a 2009 Sabre 42’ Hard Top Express, might be the yacht for you. Enjoy a Great Loop cruise or head out across blue water, Excalibur is ready to go and for sale for $465,000.

Luke Brown Yachts stated, “This beautiful 2009/2020 42’ Sabre Excalibur has been expertly maintained and meticulously upgraded with an open checkbook. The owners make sure the varnish is taken care of every 6-8 months, and her elegant blue flag hull gets buffed and waxed once a year. Her engines/pods and generator have all been 1,000-hour serviced. New twin touchscreen Raymarine Axiom pro units, new Raymarine Magnum wide array radar, all new AGM batteries, 4 new reverse- cycle Dometic AC/heat units, two new flatscreens and KVH TracVision TV 5, just to list a few things.”

Sabre Yachts 42 Hard Top Express
These settees create a cozy alfresco entertaining space. Courtesy Luke Brown Yachts

“The Sabre 42 Express Hard Top rides on a modified V-hull, which ends in a deadrise of 16 degrees at the transom. The bottom is steep and fine forward, splitting waves into kindling and easing the way for the shallower after sections. Lifting strakes and chine flats add lift, and the latter enhance the boat’s stability when she’s at rest or at displacement speed,” as previously reported in Yachting.

Excalibur is powered by twin Cummins diesel engines, combined 850 horsepower, with Zeus pod drives and joystick system. When reviewing the Sabre 42 Hard Top Express, Yachting explained that Zeus is the azipod drive system developed by ZF and Cummins MerCruiser Diesel, and Skyhook is the wonderful feature that allows the boat to hold station. The magic comes from the built-in GPS that communicates with the computer governing Zeus’s behavior to hold the boat captive within its coordinates-give or take a few feet. No less thrilling is the way these pods enhance the 42’s maneuverability, at planing speed and in tight quarters, when the speeds are so slow that conventional rudders become useless. Although this system lacks the feel of a traditional cable-operated system, it is quick and positive, even in reverse. In docking mode, Zeus’s joystick lets you move the boat forward, backward, and sideways. The 42 Hard Top Express has a top speed of 34 knots.

Owners can easily board Excalibur from the swim platform and via the transom door. Two aft-facing cushioned benches, one to port and one to starboard, and a fold-down bench on the transom provide plenty of room for guests who enjoy relaxing in the sun. Three molded-in stairs on each side of the cockpit give access to the foredeck where a few guests could also sunbathe. Stainless-steel handrails and non-slip fiberglass soles are a few safety features provided to keep guests comfortable while cruising.

Excalibur’s pilothouse is covered by a fiberglass hardtop with large windows on each side allowing natural light to illuminate the area. An open-air environment can be created when opening up the door and windows to the cockpit area, or keep it closed while using the new A/C or heating system. Two Stidd-style leather captain’s chairs are at the helm and there’s an L-shaped settee with table just aft on the port side. There are new twin touchscreen Raymarine Axiom pro units and new Raymarine Magnum wide-array radar. Previous owners have kept Excalibur in excellent shape with the following improvements and upgrades:

  • 1,000-hour service on engines and pods, including new internal pod parts, props tuned and pods re-sealed

Down four steps from the bridge deck is Excalibur’s salon and galley. The single-cabin layout allows for a larger full-beam U-shaped galley and salon with a C-shaped dinette and table that seats five. Varnished American cherry wood and the teak-and-holly sole glow from the natural light that flows in from the portholes. A U-shaped galley with a large sink provides plenty of counter space for food prep and the electric stovetop, oven and microwave allow the owners to prepare just about any type of meal. Owners have plenty of stowage space for dry goods in the cabinets and drawers in the galley, and cold stowage in the new Norcold refrigerator/freezer. Entertaining guests in the cockpit, pilothouse or salon is made easy with the centrally located galley.

After a long day on the water, owners can retire to the master stateroom located forward of the salon and galley. Relax on a cozy queen-sized berth. Stowage lockers and drawers built from cherry wood provide plenty of room for stowing clothes and accessories on extended voyages. Turn on the reading lamp and dive into a book or watch a little TV before falling into a deep sleep.
