Since 1994, there have been 65 Westport 112 hulls launched. The 2002 Westport 112 Raised Pilothouse called Integrity is currently listed with Luke Brown Yachts for $4.295 million. This particular Westport 112 was purchased by its current owner in 2006 and has since cruised in the Mediterranean and around New Zealand. 
“One will rarely find a yacht of this vintage that has been as consistently well cared for as Integrity,” Luke Brown Yachts says. “She has always had a full-time captain and/or engineer aboard and, when in use, additional crew.”

Although Integrity is not available for new ownership until returning to Spain in fall 2024, arrangements can be made to inspect it and offers can be submitted. It’s worth noting if Integrity is not sold by fall, the yacht will be shipped to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, with an early-December estimated time of arrival. 

Stepping into the salon, guests will notice the natural light pouring in from the waist-to-ceiling windows lining the space. Lounge seating is aft to starboard with a low-top bar directly to port. Formal dining is amidships. A circular dining table offers seating for eight. A chandelier above accentuates the dining area. 

Past the forward bulkhead is the main deck country galley. Along with the forward dinette and the island bar, the galley is equipped with an array of meal-prep appliances, including:

Amidships, a Jacuzzi sits on the centerline with a settee forward to starboard and a bar to port. If the sun gets too harsh a Bimini top can shade the forward section of the flybridge. 

After a fun day on the water ends, owners and their guests can head belowdecks to one of four en suite staterooms. Amidships, the full-beam master stateroom has a centerline king berth, a cedar-lined wardrobe, a variety of stowage, an entertainment system and four portholes, which help fill the space with natural light. Forward, the VIP stateroom has a centerline queen berth, a walk-in cedar-lined wardrobe and entertainment system. Of the two remaining guest cabins, one has a queen berth and one has twin single berths. The crew quarters are abaft the engine room with a double-berth captain’s cabin and a second cabin that has three single berths. 

Twin Detroit Diesel MTU 2000 V16s can push Integrity to a 24-knot top hop. Slowing to a 12-knot speed gives this 112 a 2,500-nautical-mile range.

Magic, a 2005 100-foot Hatteras Motoryacht currently listed with HMY Yachts just shy of $4.5 million, was originally built by a very experienced yachtsman who had five Hatteras yachts prior to owning Magic. HMY Yachts says every owner since has kept the 100-footer in Bristol condition. The current owner moved down from a 130-foot motoryacht and decided on this Hatteras over a Westport 112. It’s worth noting that Magic will be at the 2024 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show. 

In 2020, the vessel underwent an extensive $1.2 million refit, which included new interior soft goods, fabrics, LED lighting, and appliances.  The main deck had new teak installed, along with updates to walk-arounds, the flybridge, and non-skid surfaces on the deck. Exterior furnishings, cushions, and canvas were also replaced. Additionally, in 2022, Magic received new electronics and audio/visual equipment, and various systems were updated or refurbished.

The interior features rich satin-finished cherry wood joinery, custom sketched-face doors and cabinets, elegant granite and honey onyx finishes. The flybridge has two distinct sections, the open-air section aft and the enclosed forward section under the hardtop. The forward section is an air-conditioned space with a teak deck, a full, four-sided Isinglass enclosure and a Pipewelders custom hardtop. The upper helm station forward has three Stidd 500 series adjustable helm chairs. The open-air section aft has a Jacuzzi hot tub and space for loose lounge furniture. 

Forward, when it’s time to catch some sun, guests will find a three-person sun pad a few steps up from the deck. Side decks with bulwarks offer safe passage to and from the cockpit aft, which offers alfresco dining for everyone on board at the transom bench seat and fixed teak tables aft. 

Magic has a reported 23-knot top hop that’s provided by twin MTU 16V-2000 M90 diesels. The engines currently have 4,725 hours on them and had over $800,000 of work done to them in June 2024.

Jus Chill’n 3, a 2015 Benetti 108 Tradition, that previously operated as a charter yacht, has been kept in pristine condition and is on the market with Luke Brown Yachts for $6.45 million. The yacht accommodates ten guests, plus six crew.

Guests can relax in the shade of this “pocket mega-yacht’s” cockpit on a forward-facing settee with table and chairs for an alfresco lunch. My favorite area, the sun deck, is where guests can catch some rays while enjoying ocean breezes and a 360-degree view. Jus Chill’n 3’s salon has warm oak and mahogany paneling, and the cabinetry is illuminated by natural light flowing in through the side windows. Summertime II, a 1997 Hatteras 116′, is a tri-deck yacht powered by three Caterpillar diesel engines that has a 2,500-nautical-mile range. Summertime II is powered by triple, detuned 1,000hp Caterpillar 3412C diesels. Summertime II is accessed via built-in boarding gates to port or starboard, which lead to the lower aft deck. A spiral staircase leads to the bridge deck with a skylounge and a 490-square-foot aft deck. Enjoy an evening under the stars in a wicker-style patio set with two sofas and two chairs around a gas fire pit with a tempered-glass tabletop. Forward, and shaded by the flybridge, are two L-shaped settees with tables. Want to join the captain? Climb the ladder to the upper helm, which is 35 feet above the waterline, where you can catch some rays in one of three cushioned lounge chairs.

The skylounge has a cherry-and-maple sole, wooden blinds, custom wood cabinetry, a sleeper sofa accommodating two guests, leather chairs and panoramic views via nearly 360 degrees of glass. Down the custom spiral sapele staircase leads to the salon and dining room. The first thing you notice is the customized interior by Palmer Johnson with a blend of exotic, high-gloss woods. The woods are complemented by neutral fabrics, with granite and marble throughout. Relax on the portside sofa and chair or two matching chairs to starboard. Salon amenities include a Sub-Zero under-counter refrigerator, Marouan hand-made and hand-painted ceramic sink, KitchenAid ice maker and entertainment center with a new 42-inch Sony Bravia Smart TV. Opening the sliding glass door to the aft deck to create an open-air environment. 

Guests have the options of an alfresco style dining experience on the aft deck or a formal dinner in the dining room forward of the salon. Summertime II’s dining room has an oval-glass dining table with seating for eight. Stowage for dinnerware, stemware, liquor and other entertainment items is available in multiple cabinets. Previous owners added a Jura Premium Espresso machine with presets of various espresso drink types in 2022 along with a Jura milk chiller.

In the salon, a lighter nut color satin finished cherry joinery with Lacewood trim and large volume-enhancing windows create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Worth Avenue Yachts has Natural 9, a 2008 Westport 112, listed for $6.15 million. The 112-foot motoryacht underwent a refit in 2021 and has gotten a number of upgrades over the years. 

“Natural 9 exudes a modern ambiance with its light and airy color palette,” Worth Avenue Yachts says. “It presents an exceptionally crisp, clean, and elegantly appointed vessel.”

Stepping into the salon guests will notice the cherry wood interior joinery and waist-to-ceiling windows flooding the space with natural light. The formal dining area forward features a veneered table base with lacquer and a three-quarter-inch oval tempered-glass top that accommodates eight guests. 

Past the forward bulkhead is the main deck country galley which features a U-shaped granite countertop with a peninsula bar that backs up to a U-shaped dinette and inlay cherry cabinets.

The 2021 AvA Yachts Kando 110-foot tri-deck motoryacht features a six-stateroom layout capable of sleeping 12 and a 6,400-plus-nautical-mile range. It is currently listed with Gilman Yachts for $7.9 million.

“[Lady Caroline’s] owner will have no problem finding and maintaining a good crew,” AvA Yachts says. “The captain’s cabin is generously proportioned and positioned behind the wheelhouse and a crew area aft of the engine room offers accommodation, bathroom facilities, a crew galley and mess area that’s well above what would typically be expected.”

Interior styling onboard Lady Caroline is impressive. The high-gloss finished American walnut and high-gloss finished wenge is paired with satin wenge flooring as well as carpet and off-white upholstery.

Westport’s 112 was a monumentally successful model, with the builder launching 65 hulls from 1994 through 2021. Tireless is a one-owner 2017 Westport 112 RPH currently listed with Westport Yachts for $11.5 million.

“The Westport 112 has long been the builder’s most popular model, with 65 hulls launched from its Washington state shipyards since 1994,” Yachting previously reported. “That number is not only a superyacht record, but it shows how forward-thinking the initial design was. “The volume’s fantastic for its size,” says Sylvia Bolton, lead designer. “It’s no wonder we’re at Hull 65.”

“This level of long-term commercial success requires both new and repeat buyers,” Yachting wrote. “It’s not surprising that owners of smaller yachts, Westport and otherwise, would look to the 112 as their desires and resources grew. While that is the norm, one buyer taking delivery of a new 2012 model traded in his 1998 Westport 112.”

Westport built the 112 to be a bluewater-capable vessel, with a hull of fiberglass mat and roving with Airex PVC core on the bottom and Corecell on the sides. It also has an outer layer of fiberglass laminated with Vinylester resin. The house structure, engine stringers and hull stiffeners are laid up with fiberglass and foam-type construction while the interior deck and bulkheads are a fiberglass sandwich-type construction.

Stepping into Tireless’ main deck, guests will find a conventional layout with three distinct social zones. The salon’s lounge aft has two  L-shaped sofas and three  lounge chairs positioned around an ottoman to port. Directly to starboard, there are two chairs and a table creating a second conversation space. A wall-mounted, flat-screen TV to starboard means guests can catch the big game. The formal dining space is forward, and past the forward bulkhead is a country galley.
